Return & Exchange Policy

All sales are final. Because each item is made to order, we don’t accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, wrong item/size/color ordered, or incorrect addresses.

Accepted only for:

  • Damaged, misprinted, or incorrect items.

Return window:

  • Report issues within 7 days of delivery. Clear photos are required.

How to request a replacement/refund (Shopify orders placed on this website):

  • Email support@luvmugsshop.com with your order number, a brief description of the issue, and photos of the product and packaging (including the shipping label).

  • We’ll review your claim and let you know whether a replacement or refund to your original payment method will be issued. We’ll also tell you if a physical return is required and provide instructions if so.

  • Unauthorized returns aren’t accepted.

Platform-specific returns:

  • If you purchased through Etsy, Amazon, or TikTok Shop, please use that platform’s return center to start your claim. We’re unable to process marketplace orders directly through our website.

Notes:

  • Minor color variations may occur due to screen settings and are not considered defects.

  • Claims filed after 7 days or without photos may not be eligible.
